Door Guide Sections are another bespoke design produced in-house at D4 Products. We have six roll-forming lines producing guide section alone for the roller door industry – Only D4 Products are producing these many varieties in the UK & Ireland. All guide sections are made from galvanised steel and three of the guide sections produced are unique to D4 Products. Below are just a few reasons why you should choose roll-formed guide sections from D4 Products:
- Most are available in standard stock lengths but special lengths can be produced on request (subject to minimum order quantities).
- Standard angles & U-guides are also available.
- 80x95mm, 80x80mm & 60x70mm one-piece side guides are available pre-punched for fitting.
- 80x95mm is designed especially for the Insulated Industrial Roller Door with a plastic side strip with brushes fitted as standard for very quiet running operations.
